Deep tissue, articulation, and strain-counter strain techniques can also be used to help treat a wide range of muscular-skeletal conditions such as sciatica, sporting injuries, tennis elbow, arthritis, and muscle spasms.
As no two people are alike, the massage sequence will be adapted to your needs. Sweet almond or grape seed oil is used to help rehydrate, moisturise, and improve the texture and colour of the skin.
